1 can evaporated milk...or the milk of your choice including plant milks
1/4 c dark brown sugar
1/4 c raisins
half a banana
2 tbs sliced almonds
Instructions
In a hot dry skillet over medium heat add oats, toss vigourously until they start to take a golden brown color and are smelling nutty. They can easily burn so do not leave unitl they are done. Allow to cool slightly then proceed.
Add cooled toasted oats to a bowl, then pour over milk and add sugar stir, cover, refrigerate overnight.
The next morning add oats and some liquid to serving bowl.
Use your favorite fruit and nuts to garnish the muesli. Amounts are your choice, but remember the oats are the main course...not the fruit and nuts :)
